- Platform users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, must not share them, and must notify us immediately at info@arx-pms.com of any unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of the MSA or these Terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons. Platform availability commitments are set out in the MSA and its Service Level Agreement.
